Membership at CBI is more than a financial commitment. It is your decision to share in a communal responsibility to support our spiritual home. It’s an investment in our inclusive, warm community, enabling another year of prayer, education, social activities, a place to celebrate our joyful times, and a place to find support in times of need. It’s about building our “village” for our families and our future.
Please select a form below and fill it out to become a member of CBI for July 2024 – June 2025. Membership must be completed by Sept 1st to ensure delivery of your High Holy Day tickets. Religious School enrollment after August 16 will be based on availability by grade.
As always, we provide the option to let us know if the financial commitment that we ask for would be a barrier to your joining. We are truly committed to welcoming everyone who seeks a Jewish home.
We strongly request that all returning members take the time to fill out the membership form. This provides us with your most updated contact information and lets us know that you are opting-in to be part of our shared community.
